  • Managing medicines around mealtimes (drug-food interactions)

  • Assessing and treating pain (including transdermal opiate patches)
  • Managing anticoagulants
  • Administering and managing controlled drugs
  • Covert administration of medicines
  • Assessing a person’s ability to self-medicate and monitoring them
