Choose your course according to the social care setting you work in

We offer two courses: a version 3 course which is suitable for those who work in in community settings (such as homecare, reablement, supported living, extra care housing, shared lives, personal assistants etc.), and our version 4 course which is suitable for those who work in care homes and day service settings.

Each book comes with a unique code that unlocks an e-learning module

The e-learning module asks questions for each individual chapter, saving your answers as you go. We also offer a paper assessment for those without computer access. The prices below includes this e-learning module and issuing of the certificate once successfully passed.

May I take this opportunity to pass on a bit of praise for your books. One of our managers told me yesterday that it was the best workbook she had ever used: Plain English; easy to dip in and out so using relevant chapters when needed; excellent information; well presented. Nothing she would change.
